You have the opportunity to experience YIN YOGA in the most wonderful setting at Restaurant Gammelhavn. Anne will guide you through a session focusing on breathing, deep stretches, and meditation. YIN YOGA is a slow-paced yoga form that calms your nervous system and strengthens your connective tissues.

Yoga at the Harbour is a collaboration between Anne Norschau Empowerment & Restaurant Gammelhavn.
We look forward to welcoming you to YIN YOGA in this historic building at the harbour. We meet in UDSIGTEN, one of the venue’s lovely rooms.
You’ll be guided through breathing exercises, yin yoga’s deep and extended stretches, followed by a concluding meditation.
