Yin & Yang Yoga with UMA
90 minutes of Yin & Yang Yoga focusing on inner well-being and your body's mobility.
Esbjerg
Join us for a blend of Yin Yoga & dynamic Hatha Yoga on Thursday, June 19th at 10:00 for a free session in the Tipi at Heerups Have.
You will be instructed by Mia Christensen from Uma, Strandbygade 46B. The session lasts 90 minutes, guiding you through an authentic experience. You will explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness training, and mantra chanting—essential elements of yoga.
Yin Yoga: where we stretch and strengthen the connective tissues by holding postures for 3-7 minutes.
Dynamic Hatha: yoga where you move your body to strengthen it and enhance body awareness. Both aspects are essential for a healthy body, making this session ideal. Our body is our home, so we must take good care of it, and yoga helps us do exactly that.
The session is suitable for everyone; no prior yoga knowledge is needed. However, participants must be at least 16 years old.
Bring: a yoga mat and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement, and consider bringing a blanket or similar to keep warm, depending on the weather.
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis and does not require registration. Space is limited in the Tipi, so please arrive early!
