Summer-Yoga in the church

Join Yoga in the Church at Esbjerg Festival: Experience the beautiful space of Grundtvig Church and enjoy a peaceful break in the midst of the festival.

At Yoga in the Church, we practice yin yoga, holding poses for several minutes at a time with a focus on calmness, inner reflection, and deep contemplation.

During the session, our organist, Helene Hersbo, will play meditative music, while Line Søgaard Christensen, a pastor and yoga instructor, will guide us through the yoga exercises, incorporating Bible readings, prayer, blessings, and a relevant quote from the world of literature or theology.

Registration opens on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
