Sea Dip and Sauna Infusion at Ho Bugt Sea Bath

Try something new during Esbjerg Festival: Head to the bay, enjoy the view, and warm up in the sauna before and after your sea dip.
In the sauna, you can enhance your experience with light saunagus sessions – offering wellness for body and soul, together with good people.

It’s the perfect day to start your journey as a winter or year-round swimmer. We'll be ready to welcome you – and take the plunge with you.

Come by anytime on Monday, June 16 between 17:00 and 19:00.

All you need to bring is: swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle.
Optionally, bring swim shoes if you're not a fan of crabs – we also have neoprene shoes you can borrow.

No registration required.

Meeting point: The wellness area at Hjerting Badehotel.
You’ll find the Ho Bugt Sea Bath clubhouse with entrance from Gl. Guldagervej. The door is marked “Ho Bugt Havbad.”

The experience is free of charge.
