Literary Walking Tour in Esbjerg City Centre
Join us on a literary journey through time and place, around Esbjerg.

Jacob Holm Krogsøe and Cecilia Lauridsen will guide you and share stories about local authors and famous novels set in Esbjerg. The route is 1.6 km, and we’ll take it at a relaxed pace. Everyone is welcome.
Along the route, we’ll get to know Dan Turéll, who visited Esbjerg on several occasions, Leif Panduro, who was a teacher at Danmarksgade School, and the local author Teddy Vork.
We’ll also pass the place where former Prime Minister Poul Nyrup grew up and the building that is the fictional hangout of Nina Portland – the main character from Jens Henrik Jensen’s popular crime novels.
We’ll meet outside the main entrance of Esbjerg Library.
