Curious about what a cacao ceremony is and what it entails?
Once again this year, we at Umainvite you to a cacao ceremony in our beautiful space. The event begins at 3:00 PM and lasts around 2.5 hours. This year, Mia and Laura will guide you through the ceremony, creating inner peace, balance, and renewed energy. You'll be guided through various breathing exercises, meditations, and a sound bath – all activities that form a magical framework for an inner journey and a moment of calm from everyday stress and obligations. The ceremony concludes with a sharing circle where there’s space and time to share the experience with each other. 💕
You don’t need any prior knowledge of yoga or sound baths to participate. Just come with an open mind, and you’ll have a fantastic and relaxing experience.
If you use hearing aids or have ear/eardrum injuries, we don’t recommend this event, as the sound bath may be too intense.
The event is only for adults and young people over 16 – accompanied by or with permission from a parent or guardian.
