We look forward to welcoming you back to Gastro & Genbrug, the festival's sustainable community dinner, returning Monday, June 16, from 18:00 to 21:00 at Skolegade by Heerups Have.
Bring family, friends, and neighbors for a cozy evening at Esbjerg's longest table, combining community and sustainability. Everyone’s welcome—young, old, and families—to share good food and new friendships.
Gastro & Genbrug is organized in collaboration between Café Finns Paraply, KORN180, and Esbjerg Festival, making it one of the city’s most sustainable dining experiences. The table is decorated with upcycled crafts and vintage porcelain, with decorations available for purchase to support local initiatives.
The menu features two delicious meat dishes with potatoes and salad (pork and chicken) and a tasty vegetarian option. Free water and cordial are served, concluding with coffee and cake. All this for only 50 kr. per person plus fees.
Again this year, children can join a creative workshop decorating old furniture, later auctioned off to benefit the project.
Only 300 tickets are available, so hurry to secure your seat at the long table—50 additional tickets are available for purchase on the evening itself.
