# Yoga with live music

During Esbjerg Festuge, we invite you to free yoga with live music together with yoga instructor Gavin Rutherford and musician Sten Elten in the foyer of Musikhuset.

During Esbjerg Festuge, everyone is welcome as we offer a gentle hatha yoga session practiced to ambient instrumental music tailored to the flow of the yoga. Throughout the class, you will be guided on a sensory‑awakening yoga journey that helps release tension in the body while promoting stability, mobility, and balance. The session concludes with an oasis of meditative tones and deep relaxation.

Musikhuset’s cozy café will be open, so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee afterwards and start your Saturday in the best way. So bring your yoga mat and a good friend, and join us for a lovely, relaxing experience at Musikhuset Esbjerg.

Participation is free, and you can simply show up.
