# Street performance: Han, Hun og Fitness

“Han, Hun og Fitness” is performed in Dansk Rakkerpak’s comic, physical, and nonverbal style.

In “Han, Hun og Fitness,” Dansk Rakkerpak takes on fitness culture in all its glory and absurdity. A fitness center, following the latest trends, offers a fitness and aerobics course for seniors led by a persistent and good‑looking instructor. In the end, only three participants remain, as the others have dropped out due to various physical ailments, doctor’s appointments, or babysitting duties for their grandchildren.

The three remaining participants have, of course, all signed up to get in better shape, gain more energy, improve their balance, and maybe lose a few kilos — but they also carry dreams and hopes of perhaps meeting a last great love or a friend for life. And as they get to know each other, all the familiar group dynamics begin to unfold…
