Kristin shares:

*"The time has finally come!!! I’m graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Folk Music, specializing in violin, from the Folk Music Programme, and of course that calls for an awesome graduation concert!*

*The program will be a great mix of solo performances and ensemble playing, traditional dance music, and newly composed folk music—both by other composers and by myself! :)*

*After the concert, my lovely parents will be treating everyone to some refreshments and maybe even a piece of cake!*

*The concert takes place in the Main Hall at SDMK in Esbjerg!"*

At this time of year, the Conservatory is sending a new generation of bachelor’s, master’s, and soloist graduates into the world. Most examinations are open to the public, giving audiences a unique opportunity to experience local talents up close as they present their very best work before the examination panel.

The concerts showcase a wide variety of genres, instruments, and artistic expressions, and take place both on the Conservatory’s own stages in Kirkegade and at a range of churches, concert venues, and other locations throughout Esbjerg.

The Conservatory’s graduation concerts are free of charge, but audiences are kindly asked to respect the examination setting and the scheduled start times.
