Have you ever stood on a dance floor with a huge urge to move? But ended up holding back because you felt you were missing a few really great dance moves to feel confident out there. That won’t happen again after joining this session.

The house vibe, the music, the freedom of dancing as yourself, simple steps, no choreography. Full focus on using your feet and feeling the music.

House originally emerged as a way to escape everyday life, enjoy community, and disappear into the music. We all have something valuable to bring when we dance, even if you think you have two left feet. What connects us to the rhythm is our heart, starting somewhere, and having fun!

House is the perfect class for all levels. If you can do more, you’ll get more challenges and inspiration. If you prefer lots of slow repetitions and steady tempo, you’re absolutely in the right place.
