# Gastro & Recycling – Long Table Dinner during the Esbjerg Festival

Take a seat at Esbjerg’s longest dinner table and experience community, great food, and a sustainable atmosphere.

Join us as we set the table for *Recycling Gourmet* – a long-table dinner focused on community and sustainability during the Esbjerg Festival. Café Finns Paraply, KORN180, and the Esbjerg Festival invite everyone to a cosy evening in IC Møller Park. There’s room for friends, families, and new connections across ages and backgrounds.

The long table is set with reused materials, vintage tableware, and upcycled decorations, creating a unique setting for the dinner. The table decorations can be purchased afterwards, supporting KORN180 and Café Finns Paraply.

## The evening’s menu

Purchase a food ticket for one of the following options:

- Pork/Chicken menu: Two different meat dishes (pork and chicken), served with potatoes, salad, and bread.
- Vegetarian menu: A vegetarian dish, served with potatoes, salad, and bread.

Both menus include water and cordial, and the evening concludes with coffee and cake. The food is donated by local partners.
