# Esbjerg Festival Yoga in the Church

Come to Esbjerg Festival Yoga in the Church and experience the beautiful space of Grundtvig’s Church.

At Esbjerg Festival Yoga in the Church, we do yin yoga, where we stay in each pose for several minutes at a time, focusing on calm, inner reflection, and contemplation. During the session, our organist, Helene Hersbo, will play meditative pieces, and Line Søgaard Christensen, who is both a priest and a yoga teacher, will guide us through the yoga exercises, including Bible readings, prayer, blessing, and a relevant quote from the world of literature or theology.
