Be guided through sauna sessions, sea dips, and the experience of being a year‑round bather together with the members of Ho Bugt Havbad.

Last year was a huge success, and we’re excited to repeat it!

Join us in the bay, enjoy the view, and warm up in the sauna both before and after your sea dip. In the sauna, you can enhance your experience with small rounds of *saunagus*. Here you’ll get wellness for body and soul, together with wonderful people.
It will be the perfect day to start as a winter or year‑round bather. We’re ready to welcome you — and to jump into the sea with you.

Come at the time that suits you on Tuesday, 16 June between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
Remember: swimwear, towel, and water bottle. Possibly a pair of water shoes if you’re not too fond of crabs.

We also have neoprene shoes you can borrow. No registration required.

## **Meeting point**

We meet in the wellness department at Hjerting Badehotel.

You’ll find Ho Bugt Havbad’s club room with entrance from Gl. Guldagervej. The door is marked “Ho Bugt Havbad”.

The experience is free of charge.
