We begin by settling into the tipi with a specially prepared cacao — heart‑opening, calming, and supporting inner clarity.

You are then guided through gentle, meditative stretches for the whole body, followed by a longer, grounding meditation.

Everyone can join, and the only things you need to bring are a yoga mat, a blanket, and a warm sweater.
