# Artist Talk with CMP One and SWET

In collaboration with Gadens Museum and Galleri GRISK, we present an exciting and free Artist Talk with two of the absolute pioneers of European graffiti and street art culture.

During Esbjerg Festuge, we are hosting a free Artist Talk in collaboration with Gadens Museum and Galleri GRISK, featuring two of the absolute pioneers of European graffiti and street art culture.

CMP ONE and SWET have, since the 1980s, been among the driving forces in the development of graffiti and hip‑hop culture in Denmark and across Europe. As founding fathers, they have not only shaped the style and aesthetics but also the very understanding of what street art can and should be.

With roots in the early scene and a central role in the creation of the world‑renowned Næstved Kunstby, they bring a unique first‑hand account of the culture’s evolution, from underground movement to recognized art form.

Look forward to an honest and unfiltered conversation about the pioneer spirit, the fight for space in the urban landscape, and how to build something that lasts for decades.

After the talk, we turn up the atmosphere — with a DJ and delicious drinks in Musikhuset, so you’re welcome to stay and hang out.
