Welcome to the Esbjerg Festival organizer form

You are now very close to getting your event included in the Esbjerg Festuge 2025 program! It only takes a few clicks from here.

Is this your first time registering an event?

Fill in the fields below with your name, email, phone number, and the name of the association, organization, or company behind the event. Once you have filled them out, we will approve you as a user in the system and send you an email with your login link to the organizer form. Through this link, you can create your events. Remember to check your spam filter. We recommend using a computer rather than a smartphone.

Note: The link is only active for 20 minutes! When you receive the email with your login link, you will only have 20 minutes to click on it and use it before it becomes inactive again. If the link expires before you can use it, simply fill in the fields again below, and you will receive a new email with a new active link.

Please note: Events that have already been published will be removed from the website when changes are made. Therefore, we recommend that you create your event as detailed as possible from the start.

Esbjerg Municipality will process the following information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Affiliation

This will be done for the purpose of participating in the Esbjerg Festuge program.

The processing will only occur in relation to the above-mentioned event.

The consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent will apply only to future processing of the above-mentioned information.

The consent can be withdrawn by contacting Esbjerg Municipality.
