Esbjerg Festival is a fantastic opportunity to showcase what the city has to offer in terms of culture, sports, music, and other fun, wild, and quirky experiences.
That’s why we would love to give you the chance to have your event included in the program.
To be part of the program, your event must:
- Be created specifically for Esbjerg Festival.
- Take place during Esbjerg Festival.
- Preferably be free of charge.
You will be guided through the form to ensure that all necessary details are included. Once you have registered your event, we will review it, approve it, and make sure everything is just right. The sooner you register your event, the longer it will be visible to visitors on esbjergfestuge.com.
Esbjerg Festival 2026 will take place from June 12 – 20, 2026, and we look forward to creating this amazing festival together with you!
The Festival is Created by the Event Secretariat and Numerous External Organizers
The many exciting experiences at Esbjerg Festival are made possible by both the event secretariat and a variety of external organizers in the city. All external organizers can register their events through our organizer form, making them visible in the program on esbjergfestuge.com.
Please Note:
- The deadline for submitting new events or making changes to existing ones is May 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
- Register your event as early as possible. The sooner you register, the greater its visibility on the website and the higher the chance of inclusion in the printed program.
- Events are automatically unpublished from the website when changes are made. They will only become visible again after we have reviewed and approved the updates, which may take some time.
