Accreditation for Esbjerg Festival

As a journalist or photographer, you can get accredited for the photo pit in front of the main stage at Torvet, allowing you to capture great shots from the many concerts.

To apply for accreditation, please fill out the form below.

Once accredited, you will receive an accreditation card, which must be worn visibly while in the photo pit. The accreditation card grants access to the photo pit in front of the stage.

At the request of the artists, photographers are allowed to stay in the photo pit for the first three songs of each concert. After that, you must leave the area.

Failure to comply will result in the revocation of your accreditation.

I hereby consent to Esbjerg Kommune processing my information in connection with Esbjerg Festival.

Esbjerg Kommune will process the following information:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Workplace/media affiliation

for the purpose of accreditation for Esbjerg Festival.

The processing will only take place in connection with the aforementioned event. The consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only apply to future processing of the mentioned information.

Consent can be withdrawn by contacting Esbjerg Kommune.
